GENERAL CONDITIONS

· The Animation and Baby Club service are guaranteed from 01/07 to 31/08.
· Use of the swimming pool is guaranteed from 15/05 to 15/09.
· The supply the hot water is guaranteed:
1. From 15/05 to 15/09 in the Group E
2. From 01/06 to 15/09 in the Group A
1. From 01/07 to 31/08 in the Group B, C e D
· BOOKING, a partial payment in advance is required, by leaving a deposit of 30% of total price; This payment on advance has to be effected within 15 days of beginning of holydays
· . The balance should be paid on arrival after the check in formalities have been completed.
· Late arrival and early departure must be communicated in good time to the Management; in any case, the entire period must be paid for.
· Late arrival beyond 24 hours which is not communicated to the Management will entail cancellation of the reservation.
· In the event of cancelling your stay:
1 from 365 to 60 days prior holyday beginning, 90% reimbursement
2 from 59 to 30 days prior holyday beginning, 50% reimbursement
3 from 29 to 0 days prior holyday beginning, 0% reimbursement
· CASH DESK HOURS Daily between 09:00 and 13:30 and between 17:00 and 21:00
· Outside this hour, total amount of holyday will be charged of additional € 10,00 .
· Your PASS must be shown as well as your car identification card when paying.
· Payment through cash point card, EDC Maestro, CartaSI, Visa, Mastercard, Dinners is accepted.
· If facilities like swimming-pool a.s.o. cannot be used for reasons beyond our control, no reimbursement is foreseen

CAMPING CONDITIONS

· Holydays on August foresee a booking.
· The Management has the authority to assign the designated space
· The tariffs in price list are intended as daily, independent of the time of entry, and include use of hot and cold water, electricity, taxes and VAT.
· Bay refers to the space designated for a tent/caravan/camper, a veranda and car parking space (in the place); other equipment such as a tent for cooking purposes, gazebo or other, can only be set up if they do not invade the space of the next bay: besides, it is strictly forbidden to erect any webs tied up to trees, fences and so on. The Management reserves the right to remove these structures if they prove to be blocking and/or causing any kind of restriction.
· Your own bay must be kept clean and tidy throughout your whole stay, as a sign of respect to all the Guests and for the reputation of the Village itself. The Management therefore reserves the right to charge € 30,00 to those who do not wish to adapt to this simple rule of good communal living, to cover the cost of cleaning the bay.
· Guests cannot change bay without prior permission from the Management.
· Arrival at the Village is allowed between 08.00 and 14.00 and 17.00 and 22.00.
· If departure takes place after 12.00 an additional day will be calculated on invoice.
· GARAGING: caravan, from October 1st till March 31st € 13,00 per month; from April 1st till September 30th € 25,00 per month.
· SPECIAL OFFER Four residents people father than 400 km) only for a staying in the camping discount 10%

RENTAL CONDITIONS

· Stay in BUNGALOW, MOBILHOME: it is necessary to book in advance.
· The Management reserves the right to assign living quarters at its own discretion.
· Within the bay reserved for Bungalow and MOBIL HOME, it is forbidden to pitch tents, gazebos and/or similar equipment.
· The rental period is intended as running from Saturday to Saturday (7 days), or from 01 to 15 or from 16 to 31.
· In Mai, June and September, there is a 3 day minimum stay.
· Arrival between 17.00 and 22.00 and departure before 10.00.
· CAUTION MONEY of € 100,00 to pay money down; this sum will not given back if equipments have been damaged or bay has not been left in a clean way.
· Included in the price for a living unit is: a car parking space, complete supply of pots and dishes (on request), covers and pillows, bed linen with a weekly change, cot (on request), furnished veranda or terrace, hot and cold water, electricity, taxes and VAT.
FORMULA HOTEL mean the food with breakfast lunch and dinner, including daily cleanliness, free entry in swimming-pool, private beach with beach umbrella and two deckchairs, animation. All meals have to be eaten at the restaurant (room service excepted).

REGULATIONS

1. On arrival, Guests are kindly requested to fill out the Public Safety form and hand over a document for each member of the group. You will then each receive your own PASS, a strictly personal document used as a form of checking which should be shown every time it is asked for. The Management reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found inside the Village who has not been properly registered and has no own personal PASS.
2. On arrival, the exact number of group members and the equipment to be set up must be declared. The customer is kindly requested to check and communicate immediately any possible mistakes and/or variations. Other equipment which is not declared will be immediately removed.
3. The assigned bay cannot be changed prior Management permission.
4. The entrance in camping is subordinated to the acceptance of the management;
5. Visitors are only admitted if authorized by the management, have to deliver their document of identity' and pay the daily quota. Camping to be left within 7:00 p.m.
6. Our visitors can settle the payment of their stay from 8:00 at 13:30 o'clock and from the 17:00 at 21:00 o'clock.
7. The site for a tent/caravan will be assigned by the Direction, and cars must be parked in the reserved space.
8. From 14:00 to 16:00 o'clock all kind of noises which disturb the rest of the campers are forbidden. Besides, from 24:00 to 7:00 it is strictly forbidden , to get off or to climb on curtains, to use the amusement park as well as the swimming pools. Those ones who come back to the camping after 2:00 have to leave their car or any kind of vehicle, at the entry up to the morning.
9. The entry gate is closed from 02:00 to 07:00. and just a permission issued by the Management allows the guest to freely enter.
10. The motorcycles and the mopeds have to be carried by hand. It is forbidden to bike from July up to August. Cars’ speed must not exceed Kms / hour.
11. All Instruments volume must be kept low, specially at rest time, after lunch. They have to be switched off
12. The management doesn't take any responsibility for loss of goods.
13. Is strictly forbidden to damage all plants, equipments of the camping, as well as, to dig, to pour hot or salty liquids on the ground and light fires. Our guests are allowed to use a grill with charcoal avoiding to annoy their neighbors . Sanitary facilities have to be left clean.
14. The Management doesn’t take any responsibility for the fall of trees or branches and for the use of Sport equipments.
15. Refuse must be thrown away in special containers.
16. It is allowed to wash the laundry and the dishes just in the special sinks.
17. It is allowed to wash cars just in the reserved spaces.
18. Dogs or other animals are allowed at the discretion of the Management. If admitted, they have to be kept on the leash in the reserved zone.
19. All kind of games are only admitted in relating equipments.
20. Minors are admitted only with parents or relatives. All equipments and sanitary facilities have to be used by children under control of their parents or relatives who are directly responsible.
21. All kind of infectious disease must be immediately reported to the Management or camping’s doctor.
22. Motivated claims must be addressed to the Direction and for arbitration to the REGIONAL CAMPING AND TOURIST VILAGES ASSOCIATION OF CAMPANIA - headquarter in Salerno 84100 , via Roma
23. Guest’s stay at our Camping site implies full acceptance and compliance of above listed rules. Persons in charge belonging to our staff are authorized to inform the management about all kind of discrepancies. All guests who will not respect above listed rules and will disturb the peace, have to leave our Camping site.

24. A "Rule" always conditions the individual liberty trying to harmonize with the liberty of all other people. Its aim is to create best condition for a better and more human civil cohabitation, based on esteem and on respect. Therefore, we hope that our guests’ awareness allow them to respect these limitations for a more serene, calm and conciliatory stay at our Camping site, avoiding a regrettable management’s intervention.
